What's our story?
Scope Building Services was founded as a family-run business by Craig Scope, driven by a desire to provide specialist, high-quality mechanical and electrical building services that were often hard to find locally.
With over 30 years of industry experience, including 15 years in project management, Craig wanted to create a business that combined technical expertise with a personal, client-focused approach. Joined by his wife and daughter, the team delivers precision, safety, and reliability to every project.
Based in the North East but serving the North of England, we work with commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and industrial clients, tackling complex installations that require rare skills and specialised certifications.
